By using SwitchDate you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, the remedy is simply not to use the site.

What this site provides

General information about mainstream dating apps, published free of charge, for adults. It is a reference resource. It is not a dating service, it holds no accounts, and it is not affiliated with any app it describes.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site.
  • Do not scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other readers.
  • Do not present the content as your own, or resell it.
  • Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

Content and ownership

The text on this site belongs to SwitchDate. You may quote it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it in full, or use it to train a commercial model, without written permission.

Names of dating apps and any trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners. They appear here for identification and comparison only.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. No warranty is given that it is accurate, complete or current. Dating apps change their matching, their pricing and their free tiers frequently, and information here can go out of date without warning.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SwitchDate is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on anything published here, including decisions about which app to use, what to pay for, or who to meet.

Third parties

This site does not link out to other sites. The only exception is the support address, which is a mailto link. Where a government or agency address is given, it is given as plain text so you type it yourself, which is covered in the privacy policy. Nothing on a page here is under this site’s control once you leave it, and no link is an endorsement of anything beyond the specific claim made about it on the page.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page changes with them, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
